Jeffrey Barrett has been a human services professional since 1971. His work encompasses case management and community rehabilitation by providing addiction recovery services for adolescents and adults, as well as vocational guidance, job development, and medical trauma case management services.

Jeffrey Barrett is a leader in the Florida Rehabilitation Profession. He carries multiple national certifications in Addictions, Rehabilitation, Vocational Evaluation, and Case Management. He is also a listed EN (Employment Network) with the Ticket to Work program for Social Security. Mr. Barrett currently specializes in forensic vocational expert services and is the sole owner/operator of Options Plus, Inc since 2000.
